Shipping Policy:

We currently deliver orders all over India. Except public holidays,  Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed and delivered within 5 to 7 working days depending on the final destination. You will receive an e-mail and sms once your order has been shipped. The e-mail will includes details of the shipping provider and tracking number. You can track your shipment in "Your Orders" or by visiting the website of the shipping provider and entering the tracking details.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. 

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. You can also modify your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped from our facility center. For any cancellations or changes to the shipping address once the order has been dispatched from our facility, please contact customer care.

COD orders require you to first make payment to the full amount to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. The shipping provider delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns need to be routed through customer care.

Return Policy:

At Nyari we’re always committed to live up to your expectations!  That said, in the instance that you are not satisfied, please initiate our refund process (under information panel) within 5 days of receiving your order for refund with genuine reason. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

You can request for a reverse pickup via customer care or choose to ship the product to our facility directly using any reputable courier that offers a tracking number. All items must be received by our warehouse within 10 working days of requesting the return.

Refund Policy:

For all eligible Prepaid orders payments, we  offer you a full refund via bank transfer.

For COD payments, the refund will only be issued in the form of a store credit (coupon) redeemable on our website.

(Applicable on both Prepaid & COD Orders):-

Shipping charges and gift services (like Discounts etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the product at our facility center (does not include the time your bank's processing time).
